桔梗花芽分化观察

摘　　要：根据桔梗花芽分化进程和分化形态，将其分化阶段划分为６个时期，即花序原基分化期，花芽原基分化期，萼片原基分化期，花瓣原基分化期，雄蕊原基分化期，心皮原基分化期。在南川气候条件下，其花芽分化在３月２０日开始，６月中旬基本完成。In the present study,the process of flowerbud differentiation and development of Platycodongrandiflorum was divided into 6 stages according to the morphological changes of its floweringorgans: inflorescence primodium differentiation stage,flowerbud primordium differentiation stage,potal differentiation and formation stage,sepal primordium differentiation stage,stamenprimordium differentiation stage and pistil primordium differentiation stage. Under the climaticconditions of Nanchuan county,Sichuan province,flowerbud differentiation was found to startaround 20th,March and complete in mid-June.
