摘  要:同核异质雄性不育材料与无融合生殖材料C_(1001)B杂交和回交表明,C_(1001)B的双胚苗,是受核基因控制的性状。双胚苗频率的表达,具明显的胞质效应和胞核效应。在胞质效应中,不育胞质与可育胞质的差异尤其显著,不育胞质对双胚苗的表现有明显的抑制作用,不同世代间胞质效应和胞核效应的表现也不一致。此外,环境条件对C_(1001)双胚苗表现有一定的影响。F1 ,B1F1 and B2F1 generations were produced by crossing and backcrossing between male sterile alloplasmic lines and the apomictic rice C1001 B , with the latter as the recurrent parent . The twinseedlings on different eytoplasmic and nucleus backgrounus compared to study their genetic expression . The results showed that the character of twinseedling in C1001B was conditioned by nucleus gene(s). The frequency of twinseedling was influenced by significant effects of cytoplasm and nucleus . In eytoplasmic effects , the difference between sterile and fertile cytoplasms was especially remarkable. Sterile cytoplasm strikingly inhibited the expression of twinseedling. Both eytoplasmic and nucleus effects were expressed quite differently in different generations. Furthermore .environmental effects on twinseedling were observed in this research.
