摘  要:目的观察二氢石蒜碱对CA1区诱发的群峰电位(PS)的影响及其与去甲肾上腺素能系统的关系。方法应用细胞外记录技术。结果二氢石蒜碱对PS的影响因浓度不同而异,能降低异丙肾上腺素对海马脑片的兴奋作用;去甲肾上腺素能减弱二氢石蒜碱对PS的作用。二氢石蒜碱可以增加PS的幅度,呈非浓度依赖性,以10-6mol/L最强。结论二氢石蒜碱对PS的影响可能与阻断中枢α和β受体有关。Objective To observe the effect of dihydrolycorine (DL)on the po pulation spikes ( PS) of the pyramidal cell body layer in the CA1 area of hipp ocampal slices and to study the relationship between DL and the central noradren ergic system. Methods PS of the pyramidal cell body layer in the CA1 area of h ippocampal slices was recorded by extracellular recordings method to study the e ffect of DL.Results The effect DL on the amplitudes of PS varied with the DL c oncentrations. DL inhibited the isoprenaline- induced excitation in the CA1 are a of hippocampal slices and noradrenaline( NA) could counteract the above acti on induced by DL. DL( 10- 7 mol· L- 1, 10- 6 mol· L- 1) can increase th e amplitude of PS in a non- dose- dependant manner; the effect of DL at the co ncentration of 10- 6mol/L was the strongest. Conclusion The relationship of D L with NA and isoprenaline indicates that the effects of DL on PS may be related to the blocking of α and β - receptors .
