云南籼、粳稻组织培养力差异

摘　　要：通过对１６个籼稻品种及３６个粳稻品种的种子体细胞培养，发现粳稻比籼稻早两天出现可分辨大小（３～４ｍｍ）的愈伤组织，绿苗高峰期也提前，但在绿苗分化率上，则是籼稻比粳稻易分化。In tissue culture of seeds from 16 Hsien and 36 Keng rice varieties, it was found that callus capable of being differentiated in size of 3-4mm of Keng rice seed were emerged earlier than those of Hsien rice seeds. Plantlet forming peak periods were earlier too.But the Hsien's plantlet productivity was higher than the Keng's.
