摘　　要：一、引言文献[1]报道用^(67)Ga,^(113m)In,^(201)T1标记BAT类(1,2-二巯基-5,8-二杂氮环癸烷)螯合物能在小鼠体内心肌浓集,它是一类值得研究的新的心肌显像剂。本文进一步研究了这类螯合物的净电荷和络合稳定常数,用来解释这类放射性药物在动物体内分布所得到的满意结果。The net charges of the new potential myocardial imaging chelates M-BAT-TE and M-BAT-HM (M=Ga^(3+), In^(3+), Tl^(3+)) were determined by means of the ion exchange resin method.The net charges of these six chelates were all identified as + 1. In determining stability constants the pH eiectric potential method was used. The experimental results show that the magnitudes of the stability constants are in such an order: Tl-HM>In-HM>Ga-HM; TL-TE>In-TE>Ga-TE. This order is identical to the order of the heart uptake in mice of these chelates.
