摘　　要：详细介绍了基于VXI通用仪器模块HP E1426A的虚拟示波器的组建方法。分析了HP E1426A的性能参数,重点阐述了虚拟示波器的驱动程序、软面板及应用程序的设计。该虚拟示波器已集成于某武器综合自动测试系统中,工作性能稳定。This paper thoroughly introduces the method of building virtual oscilloscope based on HP E1426A, which is a normal VXI instrument. It analyses the performance of HP E1426A, and mainly sets forth the design of drivers, soft panel and application . This kind of virtual oscilloscope has been incorporated into an integrated weapon automatic testing system and it works with steady performance.
