中贮式制粉系统下粉管道改造

摘　　要：分析了中贮式制粉系统设计上的不足对机组安全经济性的影响,介绍了景德镇电厂制粉系统下粉管道的改造方案;改造后,制粉系统运行更灵活可靠,启、停和倒换次数明显减少,再热蒸汽平均温度提高,有利于锅炉的安全经济运行。This article analyzes the limitation about intermediate bunker type milling system and its influence on boiler safety and economy in different operation strategy of milling system,introduces the version and effect about the retrofit of pulverized coal drop tube of intermediate bunker type milling system in JingDeZhen power plant;After retrofit,coal pulverizing system operates more flexible and reliability.The times of start, stop and switch are obviously reduced,the average temperature of reheating steam is increasing,This is benefit for safe and economic operation of boiler.
