摘 要:以同核异质雄性不育材料为母本,无融合生殖材料C1001B为父本,通过杂交和回交获得F1和B1F1两世代,比较不同胞质和胞核背景下的无融合结籽情况。结果表明:C1001B的无融合结籽现象是受核基因控制的显性性状。其频率的表达具明显的胞质效应。不育胞质对无融合结籽的表现有明显的抑制作用,但供试的几种不育胞质间抑制作用的大小无显著差别。无融合结籽频率有随C1001B核成分增加而提高的趋势,可能是受多个具加性效应的基因控制。还观察到环境条件对无融合结籽有强烈的影响。F1 and B1F1 generations were produced by crossing and backcrossing the male sterile allopasmic lines to apomictic rice C1001B,uaing C1001B as the current parent.The agamospermy on different cytoplamic and nucleus backgrounds were compared each other to research its genetic expression.The result showed that agamospermy of C1001B was conditioned by dominant nucleus gene.Frequency of agamospermy was significantly influenced by cytoplasmic and nucleus.effects.Sterile cytoplasmy strikingly inhibited its expression,but the difference in inhibitory extent between them was insignificant.Freqency of agamospermy increased with the raisins of backcross generation, which suggested that it was geneticsly controlled by several additive genes.Furthermore,the offect of environment on agamospermy was observed as well.
