摘　　要：对鞍钢1 780 mm轧机F4机架工作辊进行了技术分析;针对这种工作辊的离心复合铸造的难点,阐明了制造技术控制要点;对此类工作辊可能产生的主要缺陷提出预防措施。经实践证明:有效地解决了工作辊内外层合金结合不良、辊面夹渣杂、心部球化不良等铸造缺陷。A technical analysis of F4 housing working roll of 1780 mm rolling mill of Anshan steel (group) Company has been done. Aimed at difficulties of centrifugal multiple manufacture of this kind of working roll, the key points of manufacture technology have been clarified. Precautionary measures about main defects which possibly come into being for the kind of working roll have been brought forward. The experiment shows that it can solve the problems such as the abnormal combining of inner and outer alloys, inclusion of the rollers and abnormal nodulizing.
