摘 要:用PP(333)浸种后的油菜幼苗,经4℃、36小时低温胁迫处理,发现PP(333)能阻止幼苗的电解质渗漏,提高其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,减缓低温对幼苗叶绿素的破坏,提高可溶性蛋白质含量和抗坏血酸(Vc)含量。PP(333)对油菜幼苗游离脯氨酸含量无明显作用。PP(333)的较适处理浓度为0.1—0.5μg/ml,以0.5μg/ml为佳。Seedlings from seeds soaked with PP(333) were put in low temperature (4℃) stress conditions for 36 hours. It was able to prevent electrolyte leakage, increase the activity of SOD and CAT, decrease MDA content, reduce the injury caused by low temperature in chlorophyll, increase contents of soluble protein and ascorbic acid. PP(333) had no effect on content of free proline. The selected concentrations of PP(333) were 0.1-0.5μg/ml, and 0.5μg/ml was the optimum concentration.
