杜仲愈伤组织与树皮、新鲜叶片的化学成分比较

摘　　要：对杜仲树皮（市售）、新鲜叶片、幼苗及其各种愈伤组织块（茎段、幼叶、子房、花药经ＭＳ培养基附加生长调节素培养诱导而得的愈伤组织）的有效成分进行研究，证明它们有一些相同成份。用２，６－二氯酚靛酚滴定法测定了它们维生素Ｃ的含量；用紫外分光光度法测定了它们的桃叶珊瑚甙含量；用薄层层析－分光光度法测定了它们的氯原酸的含量。为用杜仲叶、杜仲愈伤组织取代社仲树皮发挥药效、解决药源困难问题提供了科学依据。This experiment determined the main chemical components in bark,leaf and calli of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.The results showed that some components in them were same.Vitamin C content was determined by 2, 6-Dichlorophenolindophenol Na salt titrationhop,forqbip content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Chlorogenic acid content was determined by thin layer chromatography spectrophotomery.This paper put forward a scientific evidence that we can use leaf and calli of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv for medicine,instead of its bark to solve the problem of inadequate medicine resources.
