摘 要:四川从兰叶虫(PhyllobroticaarmtaBaly)体内分离得到一种大型微孢子虫,(以下暂称兰叶虫微孢子虫,MicrosporidiaPhyllobrotica,缩写为MP)。本试验经过1991~1992年的连续试验调查,兰叶虫微孢子虫(MP)可以感染家蚕,比家蚕微粒子孢子虫(Nosemabombycis)感染率低(已报导)。用感染106/ml(MP)孢子虫雌蚕蛾产下的卵,同批经即时浸酸(15蛾)、冷藏浸酸(8蛾)、越年冷藏(23蛾)后,全部饲养并调查,(包括死卵和苗尾蚁镜检),供检查12439头个体,共查出患有MP孢子虫的蚕78头,感染率在0.11~3.48%,而家蚕微粒子(N.b)孢子虫对家蚕的胚种传染率在98.73%左右。说明兰叶虫微孢子虫(MP)对家蚕子代胚种传染力极弱,显著低于家蚕微粒子病(N.b)孢子虫的肥种传染力,与健蚕对照区无明显差异。The Investigation in 1991 ̄92 showed that Microsporidia phyllobrotica(MP) had infectivity to the silkworm with much lower infection rate than that of Nosema bombycis (N. b). Eggs that treated with common acid-treat method(15 batches),and-treat method after chilling(8 batches) and hibernating refrigeration(23 batches) wers hatched and the silkworms were inoculated with MP per os,at a rate of 10 ̄6/ml. Dead eggs and 12439 larvae including first and last hatched larvae were inspected. Out of them,78 were infected by MP. The infection rate was 0.11 ̄3. 48%,no significant difference was observed between MP infected worms and the control.On the contrary,the infection rate of Nb was 90 ̄98. 79%.These results confirmed that Mp had a very weak germinative infectivity to silkworm and less effection on the cocoon production.
