多孔阳极氧化铝六方纳米孔阵列的自组装生长研究

摘  要:以草酸为电解液,采用两步阳极氧化工艺,自组装生长纳米孔氧化铝膜,在一个微米范围内获得六方纳米孔阵列.采用原子力显微镜观察不同氧化阶段的氧化铝膜表面的形貌变化和相应阻挡层的结构信息,并利用X射线衍射分析氧化铝膜的结构.研究结果表明,通过改变电解液浓度、氧化电压和氧化时间可有效控制孔的形核和生长,氧化铝膜呈非晶态结构.Self-organized nanopore films in anodic alumina have been fabricated by two-step anodizing process in oxalic acid solution. Hexagonal nanopore arrays were obtained within domains of 1 micrometer. Atomic force microscope (AFM) was employed to observe the top surface topographic variation on different anodizing stage on alumina films, and at the same time the structure information of the barrier layer of the corresponding films was also obtained. The structure of the anodic films was investigated by using X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that nucleating and growing of the pores can be controlled effectively by changing electrolyte concentration, anodic voltage and oxidized time and that the anodic alumina films are amorphous.
