摘 要:用透射电镜观察了钉螺经紫色链霉菌(28菌株)和自养黄色杆菌(129菌株)处理后肝细胞结构的变化.结果显示,两种菌处理24h后细胞核核仁消失,核质稀疏,内质网略有损伤,其它变化不明显;48h后,内质网开始分解,尤以紫红链霉菌28处理更为严重,内质网几乎完全分解,并有大量线粒体和溶酶体出现.文中也探讨了钉螺可能的致死原因,为探明紫红链霉菌和自养黄色杆菌的灭螺机理提供了依据.Under transmission electron microscope,ultrastructural changes of liver cell of Oncomelania hupensis treated with S.violaceoruber 28 and X.autotrophicus 129 were observed.The results were as follows:After treatment for 24h,nucleolus of liver cell of O.hupensis decomposed,nucleoplasm reduced,and there were no dominant changes in other cell structures.After treatment for 48h,rER were dominantly destroyed, and that were more serous in treatment with S.purple 28 than with S.purple.There were a lot of mitochondrias and lysosomes in liver cell treated with S.violaceoruber 28.These results may be useful for making clear the damage extent and mechanism of killing O.hupensis by the two species.
