喜旱莲子草灭钉螺实验研究

摘　　要：为了解喜旱莲子草水浸液杀螺效果,采用喜旱莲子草的茎、叶经干燥磨粉后的水浸液处理钉螺,同时用五氯酚钠水溶液和去氯水作比较和对照,结果显示0.5%以上的喜旱莲子草水浸液即对钉螺具有速杀抑螺效果,处理达48h钉螺死亡率达100%,浓度越高,抑灭螺作用越强.喜旱莲子草是一个常见易得的较好的灭螺植物.To understand the molluscicidal effects of water extract of Alternanthera philoxeroides on Oncomelania hupensis,with Na-PCP(pentachloro phenol sodium)and pure water as controls,the soaking liquids of the roots,stem and leaves of Alternanthera philoxeroides were used to examine their killing effect on Oncomelania hupensis.The result shows that the soaking liquid at>0.5% concentrations could kill 30%～90% bodies of Oncomelania hupensis.When treated for 48h,the mortality of Oncomelania hupensis was up to 100%,the higher of the concentration,the better of the effect.Alternanthera philoxeroides has molluscicidal effect.It is a good candidate of potential plant molluscicides.
