脱硅机种蒸母液后加的影响及措施

摘　　要：　通常山西分公司脱硅机种蒸母液加入方式是前加,即在脱硅粗液槽加入。这样加入有两个缺点:使脱硅汽耗增加,占用脱硅空间,使液量通过受阻。种分母液后加可以节约蒸汽,产量大时不用开第三组脱硅机,从而使设备清理、备用有了良性循环。本文还讨论了脱硅后加对二精A/S、αk等指标的影响,并对如何改进提出了建议。Usually,the disiliconizing unit seed and mother liquor was front addition namely,add to desiliconizing crude liquor unit.It has two disadvantages,incresing desiliconizing steam consumption,taking up much space of desiliconizing unit.Back addition seed and evaporator could economic steam,deereasing equipment.This paper discussed also the influence of the target and some suggestions have been put forward.
