摘 要:利用MATLAB软件编制程序,方便地从待测组分激发光谱和发射光谱得到△λ变化时模拟的三维同步荧光光谱图,在此基础上,通过简单的分析和直观观察,可以得到最优的△λ。本方法作为同步荧光分析中△λ优化的辅助工具,具有快速简便,信息量大的特点,同时对仪器的要求不高。以维生素B2和水杨酸钠为例,对方法的应用进行了说明。A computer assistant method to optimize △λ in synchronous fluorimetry was proposed in the present work. Simulated synchronous fluorescence spectrum could be calculated from both the excitation and emission spectrum of the compound in question and drawn as a 3D spectrum chart with a self-written MATLAB program. Large amount of information could be gain from the 3D chart andthen the promising optimized △λ could be easily deduced. The method is simple and fast, and only common fluorophotometry is needed. Application of the method was shown by taking vitamin B2 (VB2) and sodium salicylate(SAL) as examples.
