利用VB在Solid Works环境下开发注射模参数化标准件库

摘　　要：随着CAD技术的发展 ,CAD软件在模具行业中的使用越来越普及。但同时业内人士对CAD软件的功能要求也越来越高 ,希望它更专业化和本地化。正是在此期望下针对模具行业的CAD系统的研制和开发就显地格外必要。文章就模具CAD系统中注塑模标准件库模块的建立提出了自己的一些思路。即以SolidWorks为开发平台 ,通过SolidWorks提供的API接口和利用VB强大的编程能力 ,在SolidWorks环境下来实现注塑模三维标准件库的建立。为解决模具设计中大量标准件的快速造型提供了有效的途径 ,提高了模具设计效率。With the development of the CAD technologies, the CAD softwares are used more and more popular in the area of mould industry. But the people in this field, require the CAD softwares more function, more specialized and localized. So, it's important to research and develop the CAD system used in the field of the mould industry. This paper provides some ideas to build the standardized injection mould parts library in the mould CAD system. That is, in the development environment of Solid Works, making use of the API interface provided by Solid Works, and VB, the power programming tools, realize the build of standardized three-dimensional injection mould parts library. It provides an effective way to realized the fast mould for a mass of standardized parts when mould design, and increases the efficiency of mould design.
