摘 要:文章综合了国内外制造过程环境评价的研究现状 ,汇总出一种制造过程的百分制环境评价方法 ,此百分制环境评价方法主要是针对离散制造过程 ,它在很大程度上克服了以往环境评价的缺点 ,在评价的过程中人为因素较少 ,定量分析较多 ,可以减少许多主观误差。最后将此制造过程百分制环境评价方法详细应用于切削加工制造过程中。并且结合常见的6112曲轴的切削加工进行案例研究 ,证明了此制造过程百分制环境评价方法切实可用 ,值得推广。The text has synthesized domestic and international relevant environment evaluation of implementing. The percent environment evaluation method in the manufacture process was gathered. This percent environment evaluation method contraposes the dispersed manufacture process mainly. It has overcomed the shortcoming of the past environmental evaluation to a great extent. There are less human factors during the process of appraising. And there is more quantitative analysis. It can reduce a lot of subjective errors. Finally this percent environment evaluation method in the manufacture process was applied to the cutting process detailedly. And study on the case in cutting combining 6112 bent axles. Proving this percent environment evaluation method in the manufacture process can be used. And it deserve popularizing.
