摘　　要：本文讨论了目标电磁散射特征信号的统计复现问题，提出了一种目标特征信号统计复现的新方法，该方法不但可用于目标雷达散射截面（ＲＣＳ）的统计复现，而且适用于目标其他电磁散射特征（如目标角闪烁等），因而可较好地解决目标特征信号统计复现等一类工程问题。new procedure for the statistical reconstruction of the electromagnetic scat-tering signatures of radar targets has been developed which uses a modified back impedance(MBI)neural network as the nonlinear signal transformer.The proposed method is suitable for engineering applications under three cases where(a)the mathematical expression of the probabili-ty density function(PDF)is known,(b)the PDF’s discrete samples are given,and(c)the first Nth higher order moments of the scattering signature are known.
