摘　　要：本文主要论述基于模式识别方法的目标特征提取和识别系统，并在微机上建立了应用软件包。该技术由以下几个模块组成：文件管理模块、直方图统计模块、滤波处理模块、目标分割模块、目标边缘提取模块、目标特征提取模块以及几何变换模块等。该技术集成目前一些已发表的典型算法，对不同的目标和背景图像进行处理测试，选择出对特定目标和背景情况的最优算法组合。作者在该软件包基础上已开发出电视跟踪系统的仿真软件包。该技术对型号立题和型号预研有一定的理论指导意义，在医学、民用方面也有应用前景。This paper presents a target features extracting and recognition system based on pat-tern recognition methods.The application software on PC system is established.The technology in-cludes files managing model,histogram statistics model,filter processing model,target segmentation model,target edge extracting model,target features extracting model,geometry translation model etc. This technology covers some typical algorithms published,and the best algorithm combination is selected by using image processing of specified targets and different environments.The author has developed a TV tracker simulation software based on this technology. The target features extracting technology also can be used in medical science.
