摘　　要：　城市经营的内容是城市的现代化进程所赋予的,在体制转型的今天,城市经营的主体不仅是政府还有市场。在经营城市的内容及方式上,政府应以公共产品的属性来区别对待。本文探讨了廊坊市城市经营的具体实践,分析了廊坊市城市经营模式选择的特色。The content of city operation is endued with by the modernization process of city. In the current system change period, the main bodies of city operation are not only government but also market. As for the content and mode, the government should differently treat them according to the property of public products. The author in this article explores the concrete practice of city operation in Langfang City, and analyzes the trait of choosing the city operation mode.
