摘　　要：提出了以数据为基础的面向对象技术应用在智能继电保护装置中的新思路,详细介绍了这种思路的工作原理、实现过程、应用实例和功能特点。A new idea about data-based object-oriented technology applied in intelligent relaying protection device is put forward. And the operation principle, process, applied example and function characteristic of the proposed idea are detailed.
