摘  要:针对川渝地区因地质复杂而造成机械钻速慢、周期长、成本高的难点。川渝石油工作者一直致力于提高机械钻速的研究、实践,取得了显著成效,机械钻速大幅提高。但是,随着川气出川的需要,要求加快勘探开发的进度,现有的机械钻速仍不能满足当前形势发展的需要。对此,文章结合川渝地区复杂地质特点和近年来发展完善的钻井新技术,提出了在搞好现有成功技术推广应用的基础上进一步提高川渝地区钻井速度的新思路。In consideration of the problems of the low penetration rate, long drilling cycle and high drilling cost in Sichuan-Chongqing region caused by the complicated geological conditions) the petroleum engineers in the region have always devoted themselves to the research on raising penetration rate and to its application) and have achieved remarkable success (penetration rate's being greatly enhanced).' In order to meet the needs of Sichuan-Wuhan natural gas transmission', however, it is necessary to speed up gas-exploration and development but the existing penetration rates can not yet keep up with the changing situation. For this reason, in combination with the complicated geological conditions in the region and the new drilling ' techniques developed and improved in recentyears a new thought of further raising the drilling speeds in the region on the basis of well populariaing and utilizing the existent successful techniques is put forward in the paper.
