摘 要:天然气欠平衡钻井完井技术是一项新技术,可以实现从钻井到完井全过程储层无外来流体的伤害,它可将储层伤害减小到最低程度。近几年四川石油管理局经过攻关,研究形成了天然气欠平衡钻井完井技术。文章介绍了天然气欠平衡钻井完井的实施条件,利用欠平衡钻井数值模拟软件对井内压力分布规律、环空速度分布、环空岩屑浓度分布及井口回压影响规律进行了分析,讨论了地层出液对天然气钻井的影响,分析了天然气排量与井底压力的关系,介绍了天然气欠平衡钻井注入参数的确定、循环流程及天然气欠平衡钻井完井技术措施。应用该套技术,在井浅2井、平落19井和白浅111H井进行了现场实践,取得了良好的技术经济效益。The fracture-porous (or fractured) sand gas reservoirs have the characteristics of low permeability commonly in Sichuan basin. Different drilling and completion fluids damage the sand reservoirs severely. SPA Down-hole Service Department Develops the acidizing system with SD mud acid for breakdown. The major propose of the acidizing system is to remove the plugging from mud pollution. The acidizing system has good matching stability and solubility especially for the plunging materials such as clay and mud that leaks into the reservoirs and plugs the pore channels, etc. It can achieve the effects of breakdown and restoring the reservoirs productivity. The system can also act as the penetrating fluid of sand fracturing, which has the effect to decrease the formation cracking pressure and improve the fracturing performance of reservoirs. It is worth to apply and popularize. The article introduces the working principle, property, field preparation, safeguard and operation of the acidizing system with SD mud acid for breakdown. Also the key points are explained for formation evolution and well choice to conduce the acidizing breakdown. To achieve ideal production-increasing results by acidizing breakdown with mud acid, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the static and dynamic geologic data, fully understand the potential production-increasing ability of reservoirs, and determine whether or not conduct the acidizing breakdown with mud acid. The late-stage management is introduced briefly too for the acidized wells.
