摘  要:对历年来被Ei Compendex Web收录的我国中文石油科技期刊论文进行了统计分析,结果表明,我国石油科技期刊自1985年首次被Ei收录以来,被收录的期刊种数和论文数量从 90 年代中期开始呈快速增长趋势。但总体而言,Ei Compendex Web收录的中文石油科技期刊的种数还不够多,相当多的刊物被收录情况不够稳定,而被Ei核心收录的刊物种数和论文篇数则更少。分析结果从一个侧面折射出:近年来我国石油科技研究进步显著,但整体水平还有待进一步提高。Since the technology and equipment of purification plant are complicated; the feed materials are easy combustible, easy explosive, poisonous and objectionable; and the operating jobs are various and over-passing, the conditions exist objectively to cause the accidents such as fire, explosion, poison, falling from high etc. The overhaul of purification plant is the period when the various accidents happen frequently. It is the direct purpose of using QHSE system to apply the techniques of danger source identification and risk evaluation. The correct and scientific evaluation and effective management of risk is the key to reach the purpose. Integrating the operation features of gas purification plant and the field real situation of the plant overhaul, the application of evaluation and risk management theory in the overhaul of Quxiah purification plant is described. According to the principle of 'lateral extension to the side and longitudinal extension to the bottom' and using the risk evaluation method of general jobs, the concrete requirements and procedures to make and perform the risk management program are introduced. The application and field cases of risk management for the plant overhaul are explained. Based on the basic events that may cause accidents, the safety precautions of the plant overhaul are proposed. And the situation to apply the precautions is evaluated.
