城市可持续发展指标体系的构建及综合评价

摘　　要：城市可持续发展受经济、资源、环境、人口等多种因素的影响,这些因素具有不可确定性,且诸因素相互耦联、具有不易量化的特点。笔者以城市可持续发展的基本理论为基础构建出城市可持续发展能力的指标体系,应用模糊数学中综合判断方法,对苏南城市可持续发展进行整体的分析和综合评判,并运用“最大隶属度”原则,评价出苏南城市可持续发展能力的强弱。Sustainable urban development is influenced by economy, resource, environment, population, etc. These factors are indeterminable and yet interrelated and difficult to describe in numbers. An index system of evaluating urban sustainable development is advanced in light of urban sustainable development theory in this paper. We use the integrative methods in fuzzy mathematics analyze and estimate sustainable urban development in southern Jiangsu and guided by the principle of “Max membership”, appraise the potentials of sustainable urban development in southern Jiangsu cities.
