摘　　要：采用多效蒸发系统可以在蒸发过程中节约能量。对某公司的甘油生产设备中的双效蒸发器的用能状况进行分析计算,从而对其工作的经济性作出评价。运用MATLAB的GUI设计,设计出了可视化的界面,能够直接输出所需的生蒸汽量,达到了快、准、精的计算效果。Evaporation is a process consuming a great amount of energy. It can save a lot of energy by using multi- effect evaporation system. The authors calculate and analysis the energy consumption of the double-effect evaporator in Shanghai Soap Company when the glycerin was evaporated. Its economics is evaluated. A visual interface has been made, based on GUI design of MATLAB.
