摘 要:掺锑SnO2 超细粉,特别是纳米晶体,用于透明导电膜和导电涂料具有广泛的应用前景。以SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3 为原料,提出在有机相中控制pH值沉淀反应合成掺杂氢氧化锡后,结合阴离子交换树脂进行非水相离子交换除氯的方法,制得掺锑均匀的SnO2 纳米晶体。运用X射线衍射、透射电镜等手段对其进行了表征,研究了热处理温度和掺锑浓度对粉末颗粒尺寸和电导的影响规律。结果表明,制得掺锑纳米晶体颗粒均匀,分散性好,非水相阴离子交换除氯离子的方法彻底除去了氯离子,提高了沉淀的稳定性,在缩短制备时间和减少溶剂用量的同时,使产物的回收率达到95%以上。With a view to the promising application of Sb doped SnO_2 superfine powders, especially the nanocrystalline powders in transparent conductive films and conductive coatings, SnCl_4·5H_2O and SbCl_3 were used to prepare Sb doped SnO_2 nanocrystalline. Thus the dopant stannic hydroxide was synthesized in the organic phase using precipitating reaction, by properly controlling the pH value. Then an anion exchange resin was used to remove the Cl^- ions using non aqueous Cl^- ion removal method so as to allow the generation of the Sb doped SnO_2 nanocrystalline powders. The resulting Sb doped SnO_2 nanocrystalline was characterized by means of X ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. And the effects of heat treatment temperature and doping Sb concentration on the grain size and conductance of the target nanocrystalline powder were investigated. Results showed that the prepared Sn doped SnO_2 nanocrystalline powders had evenly distributed size and good dispersion. The chloride ions were completely removed using the non-aqueous anion exchange route, which contributed to increasing the stability of the precipitates and reduce the preparation time and solvent amount. Moreover, the recovery rate of the product was above 95%.
