摘　　要：公安机关及人民警察在执法活动中,严格执法标准,准确运用法律,保证办案程序,注重办案质量,均有利于树立良好公安机关声誉和人民警察形象,增强人民群众对公安机关的信任感,以此充分体现出公安机关在国家管理活动中的职能作用。然而,公安机关能否在执法活动中严格执法标准,注重执法质量,是衡量公安机关执法水平的重要依据。Suppose public security agencies and the police carry through criterion of law enforcement, apply law correctly, follow the due procedures, stress quality of handling cases in the process of law enforcement, and the law enforcement will establish good reputation and image for the agencies and the police and win trust from the people. However, whether the agencies can carry through strict criterion of law enforcement and stress quality of it is important criterion to measure the level of law enforcement.
