摘  要:构建一个合适的组织结构是商业银行能够高效运转的基本前提。借鉴西方商业银行发展的成功经验,按矩阵型组织结构的原则再造我国商业银行的组织结构,压缩机构层级,合并过多分、支行和精简中级行政管理冗员是我国商业银行的必然选择。与矩阵型组织结构再造相匹配,以信息化为平台,删除不必要的环节,设计了商业银行经营和管理两大类流程,从而实现我国商业银行的组织结构与流程的再造。It is a prerequisite to set up a suitable organization of a commercial bank for its high-efficiency operation. It is an inevitable option of the commercial banks in China to refer the successful developmental experience from western commercial banks so as to restructure the organization of China's commercial banks in accordance to the principle of matrix-type organization setups, i.e., reducing structural levels, merging several branches/divisions together and cutting down redundancies properly especially the redundant intermediate administrators. To match the matrix-type organization setups, both the operation process and management process are redesigned on an information platform for the improvement of banking service, with unnecessary links all cancelled.
