摘　　要：　江汉油区盐间非砂岩油藏埋藏在下第三系潜江组盐韵律层中,属于自生自储的白云质裂缝性泥岩油藏,大多位于断层附近,基质渗透性差,裂缝发育,地层压力特高,钻井过程中往往造成井漏和井喷。因此,采取何种完井方式非常重要。通过对盐间非砂岩油藏的地质特征分析和不同完井方式的油井生产动态的分析,提出一些合理完井方式,为这种特殊复杂油藏的有效开发提供科学依据。The insert salt layers nonsandstone reservoirs of Jinghan Region are buried in Qianjiang formation salt rhythm layers of Paleogene system.It belongs to dolomitic fracture mudstone reservoir,which is self-generation and self-reservation. Much of them are found nearby faults,with low matrix permeability,developed fractures and super-high pressure,thus they always lead to well blowout or well leak during drilling. Therefore,it is very important to select the kinds of well completion fashions. Through analyzing geologic characteristics and production performance of them,this paper has suggested some rational well completion fashions,so as to provide scientific basis for the effective development of this special complicated reservoirs.
