摘  要:综述了活塞温度测量方法的两大类型:电测法(热电偶法、非接触互感式测量方法和红外遥测法)和非电测法(硬度塞法和易熔合金法)现状及其发展,分析了各种测量方法的工作原理和应用范围。热电偶法是所有现代活塞温度测量法的基础,红外遥测法和互感式测量方法适用高速发动机的活塞温度测量,硬度塞法和易熔合金法因简单可靠、成本低而得到广泛应用。The present state and development of two kinds of methods to measure piston temperature are introduced. One is electrical measurement, which includes thermocouple method, induction coil(non-contact)method and RF telemetry method;the other is non-electronic measurement, which includes thermal plugs and easy-melted alloy method. Then the principles of these methods and the range of their applications are analyzed. All modern methods are developed based on the thermocouple method, induction coil method and RF telemetry method are suitable for piston of high-speed engine, and thermal plugs and easy-melted alloy method are widely used because of their simplicity and low cost.
