摘　　要：阐述了医学断层图像(CT)三维重构的作用、意义及几种主要的绘制算法,着重介绍了表面重构算法MarchingCubes的原理、缺陷及改进;介绍了采用面向矩阵的交互式数据语言,应用于可视化领域的开发工具IDL的基本情况;给出了一个医学断层图像表面重构的应用实例。This paper first presents the function and purpose of threedimension reconstruction of the medical images,two kinds of major algorithms about coding the images are introduced and Marching Cubes is illustrated in detail next;then it explains something basic about the visualization development toolIDL and exhibits an example of threedimension reconstruction of CT images taking advantage of IDL;a related summarization is given in the end.
