摘 要:旨在寻求一种从众多备选油料保障力评估方案中产生优化方案的方法,引入兼容度的概念,并建立了兼容度极大化模型,根据模型建立了油料保障力评估方案优化系统.利用优化系统对6个部队的油料保障力评估过程中的4个评估方案进行优化,通过计算、比较、择优,得到了最优评估方案.应用表明运用兼容度优化油料保障力评估方案是合理和正确的.The purpose of this thesis is to find a method in choosing a more optimizing and reasonable scheme from a lot of assessment schemes with respect to the ability to guarantee the oil support. The thesis introduces the concept of compatibility degree, makes the model of maximizing compatibility degree, builds the optimizing system in respect of the assessment scheme to guarantee the oil support, on the basis of the model. And the authors apply this optimizing system and get the most optimizing assessment scheme finally from four assessment schemes born during the course of the ability assessment to guarantee the oil support of six unites by circulating, comparing and choosing . The exercise indicates that the optimizing system on the basis of the maximizing quantization model to optimize the assessment scheme with respect to the ability to guarantee the oil support is correct and reasonable
