摘　　要：在素质教育中,学生管理者如何将多项评价指标综合起来,对学生素质进行全面的评价是一个不易解决的问题.引入AHP对学生的综合素质进行评价,使学生管理者在评价过程中思维一致,逻辑清晰,能快速准确地评价出学生的综合素质,有效地解决了多指标综合素质评价这种复杂问题.并且这种方法也可以应用于其它领域人员综合素质的评价.It is a difficult problem for administrators of students to integrate several standards of appraisal to appraise students overall competence in the education of competence. This paper utilizes AHP(The Analytical Hierarchy Process) to appraise students overall competence. Using this method, the administrators are able to keep their thinking consistent and their logic clear. Hence, this method solves the complex problem effectively. Meanwhile, this method can be applied to other fields in appraising peopels overall competence.
