摘  要:研制了自呼吸式微型质子交换膜燃料电池,阴极端板采用无流场结构,以自呼吸方式供氧。放置的方向和氢气流量对电池性能的影响不大,而Nafion膜厚度的影响较大。采用Nafion1135薄膜时,电池的性能最佳,峰值功率密度达到115mW/cm2。电池在无水热管理系统、室温常压下运行341h,性能稳定,电压波动范围为0 02V。Air-breathing micro proton exchange membrane fuel cell was developed. Its cathode end plate had the structure of no-flow field, air of cathode diffusion by the means of air-breathing. Effects of the placement orientations and H_2 flow on the performance of the cell were very little, but effects of Nafion membrane thickness were very big.When used Nafion1135 thin membrane, the performance of the cell was the highest, the maximum power density was 115 mW/cm^2. During the time of running for 341 h, stable performance of cell was observed under the condition of no water and thermal management systems at room temperature and constant pressure, the range of voltage fluctuation was 0.02 V.
