摘 要:研究性学习是主动地获取知识,应用知识,解决问题的学习活动。让学生成为真正的学习主体,充分利用图书馆资源是研究性学习的一种重要的手段。作为图书情报中心和信息中心的图书馆是培养创新人才的知识摇篮;是学生采集信息的基地;是高素质教师队伍建设的营养基地;是引导学生个性化发展的场所。为适应素质教育的不断推进、开展研究性学习的需要,就必须探索图书馆工作的新思路,加强队伍建设,构筑高质量的馆藏文献体系。Research learning is the activity of acquiring knowledge,using knowledge and coping with the difficulties.It is an significant way to help students become the leading character in study by utilizing the resources of the library at the full.As the center of the intelligence and information,library is the cradle of nurturing the new talents,and it is also the base of information that can be used by students.On the other hand,it is the nutrient base that can foster the high quality teachers as well as the place that can guide the development of students' personalities.In order to accommodate the quality education to the need of promoting and developing the research,it is necessary to explore the new concept of the library work and enforce the construction of the employees so as to build up the superior library collections system.
