摘 要:固液混合铸造是在过热的合金熔体中加入大量的同种成分或润湿性好的异种合金粉末,在保护气氛中强烈搅拌至半固态然后压铸成形或进行其他热加工的一种新型的材料制备技术。本文结合作者在固液混合铸造Al Mn、Al Cr合金等方面的研究工作,综合介绍了固液混合铸造技术的研究状况。当前研究表明:固液混合铸造技术能有效细化合金晶粒,提高材料的力学性能,有一定的研究和应用价值。Mixed solid-liquid casting is a novel technology of materials preparation, when using this technology, a large amount of homogeneous alloy powders or heterogenous powders with perfect wettability is added into the superheated melt and the mixture is intensively agitated in the protected atmosphere. When the ideal semi-solid slurry is formed, this slurry should be transferred into the mold to die-cast or taken other hot processes. Based on author's research on Al-Mn and Al-Cr alloys prepared by this technology, this paper introduced the research status of mixed solid-liquid casting technology. The present results indicated that the grains of the alloys were refined efficiently and the mechanical properties were improved by using mixed solid-liquid casting technology, and this technology can be applied in some fields and is worthy of research.
