摘　　要：探讨了蚕类染色体制片方法和分带技术，分析了家蚕、蓖麻蚕、樗蚕和樟蚕的核型，并对染色体的识别问题进行了讨论．This paper explored the techniques of chromosomes preparing and banding. The karyotypes of Bombyx mori,Philosamia cynthia ricini,Philosamia cynthia Walter et Felder,Saturnia pyretorum pearsoni Westwood are analysed,And the problems of identifiying the chromosomes are discussed.
