对虾养殖中弧菌数量与对虾“红腿病”“黄鳃病”关系研究

摘　　要：对虾养殖中弧菌数量与对虾“红腿病”“黄鳃病”关系研究苏永全，蔡心一，翁卫华，王军（厦门大学海洋学系，亚热带海洋研究所）黄淑莘（马尾水产饲料公司福州）弧菌是养殖虾池和对虾消化道的正常菌群之一￣［１］，但其中的某些种如鳗弧菌（Ｖ．ａｎｇｕｔｌ－ｌａｒｕｍ...Vibrio paranhaemolyticus and V. alginolysis isolated from Penaeusjaponicus and P. monodon described as“red leg disease”and “yellow gill disease”locally dur-ing the period from November in 1992 to May in 1993 were identified.The numbers of Vibriosp. in both water and mud collected from cultured pond and outpond entrance canal differedgreatly. Vibrio number in mud was 5 to 160 times higher than that in water,and the one inthe new pond was much lower than that in the old pond which has been bred at least 5 years.It showed that high quantity of Vibrio in mud or in old cultured pond was one of the mainreasons resulting in above diseases. The quantity of Vibrio sp. and shrimp diseases did notseemingly relate to tlie changes of pH,DO,salinity,NH4-N and H_2S,but connected directlywith seasonal temperature.
