麻雀拉氏等孢球虫（Isospora lacazesi）的内生殖期虫体考察

摘　　要：首次记述福建家麻雀Ｐａｓｓｅｒｄｏｍｅｓｔｉｃｕｓｄｏｍｅｓｔｉｃｕｓ天然感染拉氏等孢球虫的内生殖期虫体。组织切片和涂片示明该虫的内生殖期有两型的无性世代和有性世代，无性和有性世代的虫体主要寄生家麻雀小肠的空肠中部和回肠的绒毛上皮细胞内，它们不寄生于心、肝、肺、肾和脾等器官组织细胞中．A total of 109 feces and 50 pairs intestinal tissues of Passer domesticusdomesticus were examined.31 of them (19%)appeared to be infected with I. lacazesi.Tissuesections indicated that endogenous stage occured in the villi epithelial cells of small intesti-nalis and the gland crypts cells. Two types of schizonts were derived from the sections.A-mong,one type of schizont contained about 20 merozoites,being 10.0～16. 0× 5.0～8.0μmin size,elliptic-like in shape,usually present 2,4,6,8 pairs in arrangement.The other type ofschizont contained 14-24 merozoites,being 20. 16～32.3 × 15.0～22.0 μm in size. Thesemerozoites were cresent-like;larger,with nucleus closer to their blunt end.In addition,theimmature schizonts and the trophozoites were also found in the epithelial cells of mucosa.The sexual stage includ microgametocyte,macrogametocykand oocyst. They also developedin the epithelial cells of villus intestinalis.The severe infected chickens exhibited that most ofvilli were distroyed and fallen,and the majority of intestinal wall revealed the necrosis of ep-ithelium and lamina propria.
