摘　　要：文章探研了福建省建立社会保障制度基础的现状、主要问题 ;对本省农村社会保障的情况作了归纳 ,提出了建立供求关系平衡的本省农村保障体系的具体设想和办法。The article discusses the current situation and subject matter to set up the basic social security system in Fujian Province. It sums up the situation of the rural social security of the province. And it puts forward the concrete solution and method to establish the rural security system that supply-demand relationship is balanced in Fujian Province.
