摘　　要：地质灾害治理观念在治理过程中起着重要的作用,观念掌握得是否透彻、运用得是否恰当将在很大的程度上影响治理及其效果。对治理过程中相关观念作探讨,力求阐明治理观念,对实际治理过程以借鉴。The viewpoints of geologic hazard play a very important role in the process of controlling. To master them or not and use them properly or not will affect controlling efficiency. Some relative viewpoints are discussed to strive to clarify the viewpoints of controlling, which gives a reference to the actual controlling process.
