湖南省安仁县1994～2001年实施世行贷款结核病控制项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的　分析湖南省安仁县实施世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目的效果 ,为结核控制可持续发展提供科学依据。　方法　对 1994～ 2 0 0 1年间项目执行情况进行总结分析。　结果　安仁县共接诊可疑肺结核症状者 4995例 ,发现涂阳结核病患者 10 2 7例 ,涂阳登记率 3 7.65 /10万 ,初治涂阳患者两月末痰菌阴转率和治愈率分别为 95 .48%和94.99% ,复治涂阳病人两月末痰菌阴转率和治愈率分别为 92 40 %和 88 97%。　结论　湖南省安仁县结核控制项目取得了显著成效。Objective To analyze the effects of TB Control Project loaned by World Bank in Anren County. Methods To summarize and analyze the implemental data during 1994～2001 Results During 1994～2001,4 995 suspects who with TB symptoms made clinical consultation to TB dispensaries. 1 027 smear positive cases have been detected. The notification rate of smear positive cases was 37.65/100 000, The cure rate of new smear positive cases reached 94.99%, and the cure rate of retreatment smear positive cases was 88.97%.Conclusion Anren County gets a significant effect in TB Control Project.
