摘　　要：采用单片机对埋弧自动角焊机进行控制 ,实现焊接过程的实时控制 ,保证焊接电流的跟踪控制及电弧电压的自动调节。实现了焊接小车和送丝电机及焊接参数的闭环控制 ,经过实验验证 ,焊接过程稳定 ,焊缝质量较好 。The real time control of a submerged-arc w elding machine is presented in the paper.The tracking control of the welding cur rent and the regulat ion of the arc voltage are implemented using a single-chip computer.The result s hows that the system can assure the stability of welding process and the weld qu ality is improved.
