浅析网络学术信息的交流体系

摘　　要：提出了网络学术信息交流体系的七大组成部分 ,即传统出版商的学术信息资源体系 ,传统文摘索引商、检索服务商的“全面信息服务”机制 ,传统发行商的数字化资源集成服务 ,新型数字化集成化信息服务者 ,新兴的网络出版商直接面向用户的信息提供服务 ,传统期刊、图书等媒介对学术信息的引用与传播 ,用户通过各种网络工具进行的直接交流等。此外 ,还有非正式、间接交流这一新的交流模式。The paper refers to the 7 major parts of Web sc holarly information communication system,namely,the scholarly information resour ces system provided by the traditional publishers,the overall information servic e mechanism provided by the traditional abstract & index providers and retrieval service providers,the digital information resources integrated service provided by the traditional distributors,the new digital resources integrated service pr oviders,the user-oriented information service provided by new network publisher s,the citation & transmission of scholarly information by the traditional medium such as journals and books,and the direct communication by users via network fa cilities.Besides,a new communication model,namely,informal and indirect communic ation,is also presented.
