蛇床子药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的 :采用高效液相色谱法研究并建立各产地蛇床子药材的指纹图谱。方法 :用AlltechC18柱(4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,以 0.1%醋酸水溶液 乙腈梯度洗脱 ,流速 1 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 4 5nm和 32 5nm。 结果 :各产地蛇床子药材指纹图谱有 8个共有峰 ,峰面积之和大于总峰面积的 90 % ,经相似度计算 ,各产地药材之间的相似性良好。结论 :方法灵敏度高 ,分析快速、准确 。AIM:To study the HPLC fingerprint of different Fructus Cnidii samples.METHOD:The Chromatographic conditions are as follows:Alltech ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column;mobile phase:0.1%acetic acid-water and CH (3)CN,gradient elute;flow rate:1.0 ml/min;wavelength:245 nm and 325 nm.RESULT:There are 8 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Cnidii.After calculating the similarity of the HPLC fingerprints of 21 habitats,the similarity of different habitats has been good quite.CONCLUSION:The method is convenient and accurate and suitable for the quanlity control of Fructus Cnidii.
