摘  要:经测定,中国美利奴新疆军垦型母羊发情期及妊娠早期外周血清中孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)、前列腺素(PG)、促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)的峰值为的浓度平均谷值为1.18±0.6(ng/ml)、12.63±0.23(pg/ml)、36.56±0.58(pg/ml)、3.43±1.32(pg/ml)和4.38±0.62(pg/ml)。江苏湖羊外周血清中孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)、前列腺素(PG)、促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)的的浓度平均谷值为4.28±0.48(ng/ml)、4.22±0.36(pg/ml)、32.56±0.46(pg/ml)、8.12±1.47(pg/ml)和5.12±0.55(pg/ml)。据此推测出排卵时间,分别在发情开始后平均27.6h和27.5h。该结果与实地观测发情母羊的卵泡发育和状况相吻合。由此可见,依据发情母羊外周血清中P4的谷值或E2峰值的出现时间,可以估测其排卵时间,适时输精,从而获得理想的受胎率。并分析卵子发育、排卵与妊娠关系。The estrous period of Chinese Merino ewe (Xinjiang Reclamation Type) by tests, the density mean valley of peak value in circumference blood serum progesterone (P4), destradiol (E2), prostaglandin (PG), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH) is 1.18 ± 0.69 (pg/Ml l), 12.63 ± 0.23 (pg/Ml) and 36.56 ± 0.58 (pg/Ml). 3.43 ± 1.32 (pg/Ml) and 4.38 ± 0.62 (pg/Ml). Hu sheep( Jiangsu ), the mean valleys of peak value in circumference blood serum progesterone (P4), destradiol (E2), prostaglandin (PG), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH) is 4.28 ± 0.48 (pg/Ml), 4.22 ± 0.36 (pg/Ml), 32.56 ± 0.46 (pg/Ml), 8.12 ± 1.47 (pg/Ml) and 5.12 ± 0.55 (pg/Ml). According to this, infer the ovulation time that is separately average 27.6 hour and 27.5 hours after estrous. This result tallies with the ewe's follicle growth and condition we observe on the spot. Thus it can be seen, according to the time of P4 valley value or E2 peak value in the ewe circumference blood serum, may estimate its ovulation time, transfuse semen at the right moment and obtain the ideal conception rate. And analysis the relationship ova growth and ovulation number
