养精Ⅲ号方对少、弱精子症肝肾亏虚患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养精Ⅲ号方对少、弱精子症肝肾亏虚患者血清可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和单核细胞功能的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和改良噻唑蓝法对60例肝肾亏虚者血清sICAM-1和白细胞介素-15(IL-15)单核细胞抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒反应(ADCC)进行检测。结果肝肾亏虚者血清(sICAM-1)水平升高,IL-15分泌减少,ADCC功能下降,表现为免疫功能低下。经养精Ⅲ号方治疗后,上述指标恢复正常。结论养精Ⅲ号方补益肝肾填精,可调节机体免疫功能。Objective To observe the effect of YANGJING-Ⅲ Recipe (YJR-Ⅲ) on blood soluble intercellularadhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) level and function of monocyte in kidney and liver insufficiency patients with oligo-asthenospermia. Methods In 60 cases of liver and kidney insufficiency patients (ILK), the blood lever of sICAM-1,interleukin-15 (IL-15) and monocyte antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) were determined byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and modified thiazole blue test. Results The blood level of sICAM wasincreased, the secretion of IL-15 decreased and monocyte ADCC reduced in the patients with ILK. But after treatmentby YJR-Ⅲ, all the above-mentioned parameters were normalized. Conclusion YJR-Ⅲ could enhance the immunefunction of organism by nourishing Liver and Kidney to replenish essence.
